Obituary of Julie Ann Grady

Julia Ann "Julie" Grady, age 50 of Suwanee, Georgia died, peacefully, Wednesday, February 16, 2005 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Funeral Service was held Monday, February 21, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Duluth, Georgia. Father Paul A. Flood officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The Family received friends Sunday, February 20, 2005 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Flowers were accepted or contributions may be made to United Hospice Fund, 4151 Memorial Dr. Suite 211-E, Decatur, GA 30032. Julie was preceded in death by her father, Richard "Mick" Fortwengler. She is survived by her husband, Glenn F. Grady, Suwanee; Son, Scott T. Grady, Suwanee; Son and Daughter In-law, Sean and Cathy Grady, Cumming; Granddaughters, Anna Grady and Sara Grady, Cumming; Mother, Lorna Fortwengler, College Park, Maryland; Brother, Richard J. Fortwengler and Family, Alpharetta; Sister, Jane Ponton and Family, Columbia, Maryland. Julie was born on March 12, 1954 in Washington, D.C., moved and has lived in Suwanee, Georgia since 1991. Julie will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
