Jerome A. (Jerry) Shreiner, age 34 of Dacula, Georgia died Friday, July 2, 2004 of Multiple Myeloma. A Funeral Service was held on Monday, July 5, 2004 at 7:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Chaplain Shirley Hill officiated. Interment was in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Harrisburg, PA. The family received friends on Monday, July 5, 2004 from 5:00 PM until time of service. The family requested in lieu of flowers contributions be made to: Georgia Higher Education Savings Plan, For: Mitchell Shreiner, c/o E.J. Shreiner, II, 41 Royal Palm Drive, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. Mr. Shreiner is survived by his wife, Elissa Shreiner, Dacula, GA; Son, Mitchell Shreiner, Dacula, GA; Parents, E.J. and Dr. Berdella Shreiner, Mechanicsburg, PA; Sisters, Janine B. Rahaim, Orlando, FL, and Lydia A. Gamel, Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Shreiner was a native of Pennsylvania and lived in the area the past six and a half years. He was employed by IBM Consulting.
