Samantha Ashley Mancuso, age 21 months of Dacula, Georgia died Monday, February 2, 2004. Funeral service was held Monday, February 9, 2004 at 10:30 AM at Saint Monica's Catholic Church in Duluth. Father Greg Goolsby officiated. The Family received friends on Sunday, February 8, from 2-4 and 6-9 PM at the funeral home. Flowers were accepted or contributions may be made to: Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, 1687 Tullie Circle, Atlanta, GA 30329.
Surviving are Father and Mother, Philip and Nadine Mancuso, Dacula; Grandparents, John and Carolyn Sheppard, Philip and Joann Mancuso and Janice Dugan; Aunts and Uncles, Lisa and Mike Savino, Kim and Steve Kirk, Flushing, NY, Scott and Debbie Dugan, San Diego, CA.
