Obituary of Thomas H. Spink

Thomas H. SPINK devoted husband, father, brother, and grandfather, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2004 at the age of 73. Mr. Spink is survived by his wife, Tess Colley Spink, with whom he shared his life for 54 years; four sons , Dennis R. Spink, Thomas D. Spink, Timothy J. Spink and Patrick J. Spink; one daughter, Pamela Spink Carson; nine grand children, two brothers and one sister. His loving imprint will remain forever on all their lives. Those of us who shared his life are forever grateful for his gentle touch, his kind demeanor, his extraordinary work ethic, and his unyielding love for his family. Often a man of few words, Tom's eyes could speak volumes. When words were insufficient, he often taught life and love by quiet example. Through his eyes, we see the world more clearly. Through his heart, we have found our own. Family and friends were invited to join the family for a celebration of Tom's life on Saturday, February 7, 2004 from 11:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at the clubhouse of The Hadaway subdivision, located at the intersection of Hwy. 124 and Old Fountain Road, Lawrenceville, GA.
