I want to offer my condolences to the Ghokasian family and friends. It is a painful thing to lose a love one in death. Our heavenly Father of tender mercies has given us comfort through the scriptures. He calls death an enemy and promised to remove it forever__ 1 Corinthians 15:26; Isaiah 25:8”He will swallow up death forever”. He, too, has given the promise to bring our love one back to life from asleep in death in the memorial tombs__ Hosea 13:14“From the power of the Grave I will redeem them; from death I will recover them.” I hope these words give you comfort and hope. I hope these words give all of you comfort.
My deepest condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. While nothing will completely take away your grief by meditating on Gods promises found in the Bible you can find real hope and the strength to keep going. My family and I have found the scripture at Isaiah 25:8 to be especially comforting. Here it promises that God "will swallow up death forever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
