So sorry to hear of Betty passing away...She and I were close when we would attend the reunion's back in our teen years....She was such a warm and friendly person and as the years passed we seemed to live for our families as we married off and went in seperate directions...She has gained a new body, a new earth to live on, a mansion to live in, and loved one's and friends who will live on with her on the new earth...Prayers and peace and comfort to the family...I am Nan Payne=Picklesimer and Doalphus Picklesimer's granddaughter from Forsyth County, Georgia .

My deepest condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. While nothing will completely take away your grief by meditating on Gods promises found in the Bible you can find real hope and the strength to keep going. My family and I have found the scripture at Isaiah 25:8 to be especially comforting. Here it promises that God "will swallow up death forever and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces."
