Obituary of Albert T. Vannerson, Jr.

Albert T. Vannerson, Jr., age 85, of Buford, GA, died Thursday, October 12, 2017. A graveside service will be held Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Mausoleum Chapel at Peachtree Memorial Park, Peachtree Corners, GA. Pastor Andy Seibert will officiate. Albert was preceded in death by his wife, Bette Vannerson. He is survived by his children, Melinda Parmer and husband Joel, Buford, GA, David Vanerson and wife Glenda, Lawrenceville, GA; grandchildren, Andrew Vannerson, Kyle Vannerson and wife Melissa, Alison Breedlove and husband Jeremy; great grandchildren, Blakely Breedlove; sister, Nancy Dalton, Smyrna, GA; several nieces and nephews. Albert was born in Atlanta, GA and was a lifelong resident of the area. He attended Fulton County High School and was a member of the Buckhead Boys. Albert was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean Conflict. He retired from Bellsouth and was a member of the Bellsouth Pioneers and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Oakwood.
