Eric Travis Whitt, age 47, of Miramar Beach, FL, died suddenly Thursday, November 9, 2017. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at 6:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Frankie Southerland will officiate. The Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 15, 2017 from 4-6 PM at the funeral home. Eric was preceded in death by his wife, Kelly Whitt. He is survived by his son, Jordan Whitt, Valparaiso, FL; mother, Rosalee Whitt, Miramar Beach, FL; father, Glenn Whitt, Dacula, GA; brother and sister in-law, Glenn and Nicole Whitt, Dacula, GA; sister and brother in-law, Julie and Bill Hunter, Anderson, SC; grandmother, Nell Goldman, Johnson City, TN; nieces and nephews, Angie Whitt, Jamie Whitt, Marina Whitt, Summer Peterson, Billy Hunter, Jeremey Hunter, Chloe Stephens. Eric was born in Cheverly, Maryland, attended Crosspoint Church, and was employed by AJM. Eric loved life and will be missed by his family and friends.
