Obituary of Connor Joel Shiver

Connor Joel Shiver, age 22, of Hoschton, GA, died suddenly Tuesday, January 16, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 21, 2018 at Lake Lanier Olympic Park at 2:00 PM. Pastor Jason Mincey will officiate. The Family will visit with friends at the park following the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Cooperative for Education (coeduc.org). Connor is survived by his parents, Joel and Mary Shiver, Hoschton, GA; brothers, John Shiver and Fiancé Cecy Limas, Ross Shiver, Caleb Shiver and wife Lydia all of Hoschton; his beloved Jennifer Norman, Atlanta, GA; paternal grandmother, Nell Shiver, Sylvester, GA; many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Connor was born in Lawrenceville, GA and was a lifelong resident of the metro Atlanta area. He was currently a student at Georgia State University and a member of Hamilton Mill United Methodist Church.
