Obituary of Joyce Dooly Figueroa

Joyce Dooly Figueroa, age 61, of Buford, GA, died Thursday, April 5, 2018 after an extended illness. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 at 12:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern will officiate. Interment will follow at Clarksville Memorial Cemetery, Clarksville, GA. The family will receive friends Friday, April 6, 2018 from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Zion Hill Baptist Church, 3390 S. Puckett Road, Buford, Georgia 30519. Joyce was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Dooly. She is survived by her father, John H. Dooly, III and wife Jane, Buford; siblings, Tammy and Jim Lyle, Chamblee, John and Dawn Dooly, Buford, Mark and Lori Dooly, Buford, Cheryl and Larry Smallwood, Buford; several nieces and nephews. Joyce was a lifelong resident of the Buford area. She retired as an Accounts Payable Specialist with AT&T and was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church, Buford.
