Bill was a great man. One to be respected and proud to know. He always made me laugh and never lacked something to say. When Bill spoke, he spoke his mind and what his heart believed. He was a caring man. I've seen him help out friends and family with no expectation of return. Bill was legendary and I will never forget him.
