I just learned today that Joey passed away a couple of months ago. I worked with Joey at Georgia Masonry Supply. What an incredible man! It breaks my heart for his family and all who loved him as this loss will be felt for years to come. Joey was a complete joy to be around and you always had a huge smile on your face when talking to Joey. I will be praying for his family, Megan and all the lives he touched during this Christmas season. May God comfort you all and give you peace. Joan Church

Although the marriage was not meant to be between my daughter and Joey...we always have and always will regard Joey as one of our beloved sons. He brought such happiness and light into our world. Not only was I honored to be his mom in law, we worked together at GA. Masonry. I brought breakfast daily and Joey and I would do a silly dance down to the microwave! What magic was in his soul. What a tragic loss for Megan and the 3 children. He was so incredibly loved by so many. That is more testament than I could write in eons. God Rest you precious Joey. Thank you for being a part of our lives - Shine your eternal light upon those left behind and help them to cope. . . until you are once again reunited. xxxxx Mama Jeanne

The community has lost a wonderful person, Joey was an exceptional kind of guy. Always laughing, always smiling-- you could just see through that smile the loving, caring person that he really was. His natural wit and humor was always shining through.
My fondest memory of Joey was his visit to the tax office this year. While most in the office that day had unkind words for Uncle Sam, Joey was there sharing his jokes and laughter. What a comedian he was, engaging with the staff and customers.
We will miss you Joe Faircloth and you will be sorely missed by many others in the days to come.
To those closest, Megan and the kids, Al and Joyce and his 2 loving sisters--
There are no words to express my sorrow for your loss, may you find comfort in the loving memories you shared together as a family.
Truly saddened by your loss, please accept our deepest sympathy.
David and Patricia

We met Joey in our garage one spring evening as he was dropping his son, Noah, off at our house. We were in the middle of grilling and Joey ended up making himself at home, staying for dinner, hanging out and chatting afterwards. I don't think Joey ever met a stranger. Noah and Gabriel are now best friends, and Joey was like a second father to Gabriel. Joey has had such a huge impact on our lives. He was who we celebrated birthdays with, vacations with, and football seasons with. You are so loved and missed by many. Thank you for touching our lives with your big laughter, you giant personality, and your timeless humor. We love you so much!

Joey was such a great guy. He was always happy.....always ready to share a smile. He had such an infectious attitude. Joey and I worked together when I was a field rep. He was my customer and he was truly a joy to work with. I will miss him. I will miss his smile. I know he will be missed at GMS. He was the light of the office. God speed Joey! I know you are lighting up heaven!!!!!

Faircloth family- I am truly saddened by your loss; Joey was an amazing guy to everyone. I will always remember Joey would never leave my office until he made me smile at least once.
He brought a smile to everyone's face. I will truly miss his light and the generosity he gave so freely.
I walked around my basement this weekend thinking about Joey; you may ask why? Joey volunteered to help find my subcontractors to help with my full basement remodel when I first moved to Georgia. (We had only known each other for a couple months).
Or perhaps, the time he volunteered to be Batman at the Fall Festival at GMS. (He was awesome)
Joey had a tendency to volunteer or lend a hand without you ever asking!!
An amazing quality!!
That's the Joey that will always live in my heart!!!
My prayers are with you now and the days to come!!
