Obituary of Paul Francis Goodman

Paul F. Goodman, age 87 of Lawrenceville, GA, died Thursday, December 6, 2018 after an extended illness. Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 10 AM at St. Marguerite d’Youville Catholic Church, Lawrenceville. Fr. Tomy Joseph will officiate. Interment will follow at the Georgia National Cemetery, Canton. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Mercedes Goodman; brother, Jack Goodman. He is survived by his wife, Elsie Goodman, Lawrenceville; son, Jeffrey Goodman and wife Joan, Lawrenceville; sister, Shirley Gentile, Woodstock, GA; brother, Don Goodman, McKeesport, PA; brother in-law, Ron Shiroke and wife Diane, Mission Viejo, CA; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Paul was born in East Pittsburgh, PA and had lived the last 3 years in the metro Atlanta area.  He was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War.
