I've known Nick since the 1980s as his drum teacher and friend. He was always a pleasure to work with--a very caring person with a love for drumming. We spent several years together during our weekly lessons and had developed a friendship, as well as a wonderful teacher/ student relationship. He would go out of his way to give computer advice, or any other help that he could whenever possible. Thinking of him will always make me smile--what great memories. I will miss him dearly.

So sorry to hear Nick passed. We met when Nick was contemplating moving to Atlanta and ended up working together for several years when he did. Nick was a lot of fun to be around and an incredibly nice guy. I am thankful for the time that we spent together.
My condolences to Nicholas, Brandon, and the whole family.

I met Nick only last summer, when he came up here to Connecticut to teach a couple of training classes. I would pick him up in the morning on our way to work, drop him off at his hotel on the way home, and I took him to the airport on his return to Georgia. We also went out for some drinks one day, after work.
We got to be friends, and I really enjoyed his company. He was a really nice guy, and I am saddened to hear he is gone.

I was both shocked and saddened to learn of Nick's passing. We were colleagues for several years during the 90's when Nick and I worked at Credit Suisse First Boston as part of their Data Center Operations and Technical Support IT Team. Nick and I got along well. He was the more technical one and had a knack with technology....
We kept in touch periodically after he moved on from the company and it always felt to us like it was only yesterday that we last spoke, albeit probably a year or so between contact.
I had the good fortune of meeting up with Nick just a few years back at a technology conference in Las Vegas. We were both "Control-M" geeks. It was so great seeing Nick. Always the sharp-dressed man, fit and trim. Honestly, he didn't appear to have aged after all those years from actually seeing each other.
Nick was always very fond of his children and loved them dearly. He always spoke about them when we talked.
Condolences to the entire Scott family. Nick was one of the good guys and will be sorely missed by his colleagues, friends and family.
Remain strong !
Regards
