Obituary of Jeremy Michael Grady

Jeremy Michael Grady, age 19 of Buford died suddenly on Monday, April 28, 2003. A Funeral Service was held Monday, May 5, 2003 at 4:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Willie Farmer officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The Family will received friends on Monday, May 5, from 1-4 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Jeremy's Family at: Tami Smith c/o Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel, 3481 Hamilton Mill Road, Buford, Georgia 30519. Surviving are: Parents, Micah and Tami Smith, Brother, Shon Grady and Sister, Michelle Smith, all of Buford. Grandparents, Flora and Arnold Wells, Sr. of Springfield, IL, Maree and Camolin Smith of Charleston, SC. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family and Friends. Jeremy was born on September 2, 1983 in Springfield, IL where he attended elementary school. After moving to Georgia he went on to finish his education at Dacula High School.
