I knew Ashley through her close relationship to her Grandma Linda. They traveled together and loved each others company. She was so bright and loved. Ashley will be missed by all.

I never got a chance to know Ashley as well as I would have liked. But the time that I got to talk with her was wonderful. She was always so helpful and always quick-witted and fun to talk to. Though the time spent speaking with her was short and can say that I have been left with only wonderful memories and I will forever be greatful. Ashley, you are and will be greatly missed, dear.

I met Ashley just three weeks ago. Despite that short time, she had an amazingly profound impact on me. Ashley radiated with positive energy that was simply infectious, she was warm, kind hearted, driven, intelligent, and wanted nothing for those around her and herself but happiness, growth, and success. Ashely was and is an inspiration to live life to the fullest, to love others, to be honest, to listen, to do, and to bring your best self to the world every day. Ashley touched my soul, reminding me of what we can be as people, and what we should all strive to be. I'll never forget you, Ashley. I pray that you have found rest and a new home with the Lord.

I only knew Ashley for a period of time, but it was long enough. She and I shared a very hilarious outlook on life that was both positive and free spirited. Most people struggle with understanding my sarcastic wit but Ashley caught on immediately and we had several fun verbal jousts. In many ways, she reminded me of my mother. My mother could charm a snake and I believe that Ashley could stop a charging bull in it's tracks with just a few words. She was just that type of person. The kind of person who you admire and love so effortlessly. Oddly enough she once told me that I reminded her of her mom, and I had to quickly remind her that I was a MAN! But I told her that I'd gladly be a mom to her because I had always wanted an Ashley. We both laughed at the thought. I also used to call her Ashley Simpson or Ashley Tisdale and she told me, "I'm too smart to be Ashley Simpson and I'm too pretty to be Ashley Tisdale!" So I called her Ashley Tisdale Simpson, and she replied, "Why don't you call me, maybe?" Which was a song that played on our hold music at our job. No one else understood our humor. Ashley you will be greatly missed, but the memories that I have of you that are in my heart will stay there and perpetuate throughout time.

From the moment we met at work we hit it off, we had so many shared laughs and frustrations. She was one I could confide in. She loved my kids and was a friend to them as well. She loved her dogs so much. She was such a determined, driven young lady. Never in a million years would I have ever expected it to end so suddenly. She was a good friend, she was so sweet, funny and loyal. I will always treasure the friendship that was made at work. Now you are in a peaceful place, you are missed by so many. Rest in peace.

I have only known Ashley a short amount of time. She was the first person I met on my new team and was always the first to greet me each day. She and I would have deep conversations about what we saw as important and lasting in ones life. Even though our time together was limited, she made a dramatic impact on my life that will effect me for the rest of my days. Her compassion, honesty, and old soul will truly be missed.

Ashley was incredibly passionate about everything she did and sought excellence in herself and those around her. We had so many conversations about our point of view on the meaning of hard work and what were proud of. We also felt a kinship over many other things- we got married within weeks of each other, we visited many exciting places, and we each had lots of animals we considered our babies. She constantly blew me away with how mature she was and how skillfully she mastered so many things. I will cherish the time I had with her and remember her always.

There are so many memories to share. From 3rd grade through to Prom. Ashley was like a second daughter. She spent many many weekends with us after they moved north of Atlanta. Im still in shock and trying to come to terms with it all. Ashley was sensitive and wanted nothing more than to just feel loved. I know that she was and is. She is in the arms of the angels now. She is at peace and we will see her again some day in our celestial kingdom. Rest with the Angels Ashley, until we meet again. Love Janet.
