Gregory L. Brown, age 53 of Jefferson, GA died Thursday, May 7, 2015 after an extended illness. Funeral service will be held Monday, May 11, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev Randy Rhye will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday, May 11, 2015 from 11AM - 2PM at the funeral home. Greg was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Brown and sister, Michelle Lance. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Brown, Jefferson. Mother and Step father, Linda and Joe Jefferson, Jefferson. Brother, Keith Brown, Dacula, GA. Step sisters, Lisa Deebs, McDonough, GA and Debbie Bartlett, Lawrenceville, GA. Niece, Taylor Hewell, Oakwood, GA. Several other nieces, nephews and cousins. Greg was born in Oneida, TN and was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area. He was employed by Sesco Lighting and a member of Rolling Hills Church.
