Obituary of Jean Spears

Jean Spears, age 73, of Buford, Georgia, died Monday, March 3, 2003 after an extended illness. Funeral Service was held Wednesday, March 5, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at Lilburn Christian Church Chapel. Rev. Bob Mahan and Rev. Clark Cregger officiated. Interment followed at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens in Buford. The Family received friends on Tuesday, March 4, from 6 - 9 P.M. at the funeral home. Surviving are Husband, Sanford E, Spears, Jr., Buford; Daughters, Debbie Wall, Snellville, Dorothy Bentley, Ellijay, Donna Campbell, Buford; Son, Sanford W. Spears, Loganville; 6 Grandchildren; Brother, J. Robert Gibson, Kingsport, TN; Sisters, Patricia Moery, Asheville, NC, Martha G. Sullivan, Titusville, FL. Mrs. Spears was a native of Union County, New Jersey and lived in the area the past 37 years. She was formerly employed with Haverty's Furniture Co. and a member of Lilburn Christian Church/Hamilton Mill Christian Church.
