James A. Melley, Jr., age 49 of Buford, GA passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2016. The Memorial Service will be held on October 26, 2016 at 11:00 am at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel and Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family asks contributions be made to a charity of your choice in Jim's memory. He is survived by his wife, Jodi; twin sons, Jacob and Jordan; parents, James, Sr. and Carol; three sisters, Kim, Linda, and Cyndi; brothers-in-law, Rob, Jim, Trevor, Phil, Jeff, and Doug; sisters-in-law Michelle and Michele; nieces, Samantha, Jenna, Sarah and another on the way; nephews, Michael, Cody, Jared, and Justin; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and colleagues. Jim was born February 18, 1967 in Queens, New York. He was a graduate of Smithtown East High School on Long Island.
