I saw him the day of his passing. I didn’t know the guy but as motorcyclists ourselves, my fiancé and I were heartbroken to see what had happened. I cried and I cried. And I prayed hard. My condolences to his family and friends.

Sarah and Gayle,
This is your old next door neighbor David Pittman. My granny and granddaddy, and all of us, loved y'all so very much. I have so many memories of y'all, that they're just too many to list. What I can say is this, we are grateful that Robert was a part of our lives during the time that we were all growing up. Being a kid can be tough, but being a kid in our neighborhood was a blessing. The Boren's, Bobo's, Skinner's, Martin's, Lyon's and on and on...thank you for sharing Robert with us. We will continue to keep y'all in our prayers.

I'm shocked and saddened to hear of Robert's passing. I've only been lucky enough to know Robert for the past year or so. We worked at separate firms, but crossed paths several times this past year and had the pleasure of spending time with him as recently as this past February. Truly one of the nicest people you could ever meet and he spoke so fondly of his family back home. MY sincere and deepest condolences to his wife and family as well as his coworkers. I hope that you will find comfort in the many memories you shared with Robert and will continue to reflect fondly on those memories all the days of your lives.

I struggle with words as there are none to express my sadness. I just want to share that Robert was a dear friend and coworker. He had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone any way he could. We worked together, travelled at times for work together and volunteered together and I will cherish all the memories I have with him during those times. My sincere condolences to Kathy, his mom, and the rest of the family. Robert was truly a great man.
