I am so sorry that you lost such a sweet and loving family member. Elaine was a dear friend with whom I worked and shared a friendship. We ate together after work often and used to go to Chicago's and eat prime rib. She would always order hers rare and I would order medium well. We always laughed about that. She loved her family dearly.
