I truly don’t believe that the Good Lord has ever given anyone a better brother than Eddy Robinson. I have had countless people tell me how good Eddy was to them but I tell you that I had that joy everyday. Eddy was so giving of the important things . His love. His time. His way of making me feel better no matter what. I can honestly say that I can count on one hand the arguments for their wasn’t any fights because I was smarter than to do that. Fact is Eddy didn’t fight with anyone. He would just love you to death. Eddy was also my business partner . It’s a Blessed man that gets to work with his brother every day. But I’m not telling anyone nothing that knew Eddy. He was the same with every person every walk of life. Eddy , you will be missed but never forgotten

Eddy, a father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, was a kind man. He was kind before there were reminders to be kind. Acts of kindness were an everyday occurrence for him. If you talked to him, happened to run into him somewhere and mentioned any problem you were having, whether it was a plumbing problem or an emotional one, he would help. He would try to fix it or knew someone to call, or just give you a shoulder to cry on. He always had a wink, a joke, and a smile for you, usually a compliment for the ladies. He truly loved people and they loved him. He had an incredible voice, whether it was hymns from Church when we were younger or rock n roll from later, it was amazing. If he was at the party you knew you were in for a good time. His kindness and generosity is rarely seen these days, he will be missed so much. May you Rest In Peace sweet brother!

Gina, what a wonderful tribute and completely accurate and true! Your brother was all of those things and more. Eddy will forever be remembered fondly and missed terribly. I was blessed to have known him and your family. My deepest sympathy and may you all find comfort in knowing Eddy has and will continue to be a beacon of all that is good and kind.
Love and Blessings,

You could always count on Eddy to lighten the mood in any room with a good joke or a story to tell.
I will miss him calling me in early each May to wish me a Happy Mother’s Day and Birthday over the years. He and I would tease each other bout being “mean ole” step mammy and “mean ole” stepson. I will truly miss those calls.
There will never be another man quite like him and his memory will live on forever.

Eddy was my uncle, but so much more. I have a lifetime of love, memories, and fun from his music to his humor. I always knew I was loved, but so was everyone else blessed to know him. He never met a stranger and would do anything for anyone. My dad always says he is the definition of meek and I know he is being rewarded for that in the best way. I love you so much and already miss you so much, Eddy.

I met Eddie in 1968 when he, Tony Beard, Jimmy Dunn, Johnny Page were playing in a band! Lots of fun memories! Love you Eddie!
