I enjoyed my conversations with Randy when I would call the company. He was always upbeat but also Randy was always willing to help me out. One time he gave me a camera to send off to Kenya so school children could take pictures. Also Randy would send someone out to help us change the bulbs in our overhead projectors! If you are in education, you know that it's really spectacular service to have someone come to your school to change a bulb because you cannot figure out how to do it, and they came out a number of times!!! Thank goodness we do not have those overhead projectors anymore in our schools!! Randy would also exchange things for me if I was not happy with my purchase. This is the absolute best family business and we are so lucky to have this company in the metro Atlanta area!!!!!!!!!!! It's a small world and I met someone from the Caliphone company several years back that had a connection to Randy! Anyone who knows and loves Randy should know that over the years, he helped so many Teacher-Librarians, who in turn were able to help their students. Rest in Peace, sir and thank you for your service and dedication. Sue Levine

Randy will certainly be missed. As a school librarian, I ordered a lot of equipment from Nisewonger AV. Sometimes a principal would balk at the price & say we could get it cheaper somewhere else. I always said, "We're paying for the customer service. We're pay for Randy & his team to come out here & set it up & fix it if it breaks. We're buying it from Nisewonger!" This is such sad news. Prayers to the family.
