Rita has been a staple in our family. She was our cousin, neighbor, and friend. Rita always had a wonderful smile and laugh and we will miss thiis from her.No matther what she was going through she would leave you with a smile when you walked way . I know lots of famiily and friends that is happy seeing her now. She will be missed by many but we know she is in a good place.

Mom you were always my idol, my rock to lean on. You always brought light to me when there was darkness. A very strong hearted woman that showed me how to care and love. Im not saying goodbye, because i will see you in heavan. Until then mother i will continue to live my life the way you have raised me, i will love the way you loved, and i will help others as how you have taught me to. The most important thing is my grandchildren will always know of you. I love you mom very much and i will wait patiently til the day i get to be with you and daddy.

Rita was an exceptional person. What always impressed me was how she always supported her children and grandchildren no matter what and that she always had a smile, welcomed everyone and could make you laugh. She had a great personality. I have a lot of fond childhood memories with her in them. Then later on, I would just drop by her house and talk to her awhile just because. In more recent years, seeing and talking with her at the Parker Reunion was always the highlight of the day for me. Rita, you were very loved by all and will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with Rita's whole family.
