The Pirkle family was a great family that lots of folks had ties to in one way or another. I remember riding the school bus back in the 60’s when the elementary rode with the high school and all the Pirkle’s got on at the big house! Dianne was closer to my age (I believe). Very good Christian people. Sending prayers to all the family.

Dear Pirkle Family, I've know Glenn for a long time and he was always such a nice guy! It was a shock to us to hear that he passed away. My heart goes out to the family. I remember all the good times we all had at the ga dawg and tracker shows. He had a heart of gold and was a great friend to talk to when something was on your mind. He will definitely be missed by so many. Rest in peace my good friend!!

Glenn was a friend from high school and also a neighbor later. He was always a very thoughtful and kind and generous person. Always thinking of others and willing to help in any way he could. He will be missed for his thoughtfulness and kindness. I was blessed to have him for a friend for over 50 years. Robbie Little Ramey

I remember a young man who loved to play practical jokes on people he liked. Glenn was a good man and would lend a hand when he could. He would sometimes perform a service on electrical problems and then take no money for it. Loved him very much.

My prayers and thoughts are with Susan and the entire family. Glenn was a wonderful friend for more than 30 years. I will miss his laughter, smile and thoughtfulness. Knowing he is out of pain and watching us from heaven gives me comfort. Glenn, my friend, you will be greatly missed.

Glenn was not one to be beaten easily. I remember once Joel, James, Kirk and I were riding around in a red go cart in the pasture next to his house. Glenn had purchased some bottle rockets for us to have fun. Well, the bottle rockets where bad. They wouldn't shoot very far. Glenn found out that by putting them in a tube they would go farther. So while I was riding around all of a sudden mini explosion's started happening. I realized he was shooting them around me. it was like a movie. Never forgot that! To soon God Bless
