Richard L. Wotring, 74, of Winder, GA, died Wednesday, February 24, 2021 after a brief illness. Mr. Wotring has been cremated and a service will be held at a later date. Richard is survived by his wife, Mary Wotring, Winder, his children and other relatives. Richard was born in Toledo, OH, was a Veteran of the United States Army and worked as a security guard for American Security.
