Wallace Edwin Hoover, 95, of Dacula, GA, passed away peacefully on Saturday August 14th, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. The family will receive friends, Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 12 PM – 2 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel & Gardens. The Funeral service will be at 2 PM with Interment following. Wallace was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Adamson Hoover of which he shared 65 wonderful years of Marriage. He was also preceded in death by his Granddaughter Jeni Avramis/Williams. He is survived by his daughters, Hariette Hoover Ross, and Darlene Hoover Janssen; grandchildren, Paige Pace, Jeff Ross, Guy Ross, and Greg Ross; great grandchildren, Chandler Pace, Alexandria Pace, Isabella Pace, Alissa Avramis, Chad Williams, Zack Ross, Sean Ross, Pierce Ross, and Jessie Ross. Wallace was born in Morrow, GA and was a Veteran of the United States Navy serving during World War II. He was proud to be a member of the Seabees Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FORTY and participated as a leader and helped sponsor reunions for many years. He was their oldest member. He was also a member of the Masonic Fraternity. Wallace spent 45 years working in Prosthetics which he enjoyed. He and his family attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church/Hebron Baptist Church. Wallace loved his family and many friends and always enjoyed being involved in their lives. He was a wonderful Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather.
