Edward,
I just learned of your passing my friend and I will miss you so much. You filled my life with laughter and joy, like so many that knew you. Memories keep flooding back of nights on the road consuming loads of sushi and sharing stories of our families. Brother, save me a spot at the Lord’s table.

I was devastated to hear about the loss of Eduardo Campo. We met several years ago when he welcomed me back to IPA after the loss of my 19 year old Son Connor. He was empathetic and understood my struggles. I will always appreciate him for that and send all our family's love to yours.

Campo family, so sad for your loss. Edwardo was a great guy, full of energy, happy and warm-hearted. He always spoke about his boys and family. I remember we used to talk in Spanish and going out to lunch as a group. He will be missed. Sending prayers and comfort your way.

I’ve known the Loughrey family for over 16 years, and from the very beginning it was very obvious how much Edward was loved and respected by his entire family. Besides being a brilliant businessman, college graduate, and avid lover of the outdoors. At his center he was a loving father, brother, husband, and son with a contagious smile and always had exceptional advice for anyone willing to listen.. my self included. God gained an angel with wings only dwarfed by his love for his family and friends. To all of Edward’s loved ones you have my sincere condolences and all my love. RIP Edward. I can still feel that snow ball you hit me with back in 2009. What an arm. Rest easy, and fly high just as you did on earth.

We have so many memories of Eddie. For the past ten years or so he would come up to Kentucky for Thanksgiving and other times with Melanie’s family. He was always doing something out at the farm. Never a dull moment that is for sure.
I have never been around hunting personally so when he got a deer at the farm one year it was very interesting to see it field dressed. An experience for me for sure.
We will miss Eddie’s gregarious nature and his intense presence and definitely his custom mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving!!!

I will miss Ed. He was a genuine friend. Our last meal together we made BBQ Shrimp. Make this and think of Ed and don't skimp on the butter.
Yield: serves 2-4
Ingredients
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, plus 12 tbsp. cut into 1/2″ cubes and chilled
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1⁄2 cup Crystal hot sauce
1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. Creole seasoning
4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 1⁄2 lb. head-on large shrimp, unpeeled
Kosher salt, to taste
French bread, for serving
Instructions
Heat 3 tbsp. butter in a 12″ skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; cook until soft, 1-2 minutes. Add hot sauce, Worcestershire, juice, Creole seasoning, and pepper. Bring to a simmer; cook until sauce is reduced by half, 5-7 minutes. Add shrimp; cook, flipping once, until cooked through, 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in chilled butter to make a smooth sauce. Season with salt. Serve with French bread.

I met this loving and cheerful man playing poker with my brothers and we clicked like we’re brothers. We went shrimping in Buras, LA on my 50th birthday and we had a blast.
