Obituary of Betty Golden

Betty Feagins Golden, 70, of Gainesville, GA, formerly of Buford, died Monday, July 4, 2022. Funeral service will be held Friday, July 8, 2022, at 3 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Joel Shadburn and Rev. Dennis West will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday, July 8, 2022, from 1 – 3 PM at the funeral home.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Golden; parents, Hollis Feagins and Emmie West Feagins; sister, Ruby Lois Feagins. She is survived by her children, Anthony Pass (Donna) of Gainesville, Teresa Hutchins (Jeff) of Commerce, Brian Pass (Tina) of Murphy, NC, Tammy Forrester (Derek) of Buford, and Michael Evans of Lawrenceville; grandchildren, Kaelen Pass, Kenzie Pass, Todd Hutchins, Lauren Brooks (Ian), Lynsay Hutchins, Justin Pass, DJ Forrester, Dylan Forrester, Devin Forrester, Jesse Evans, and Matthew Evans; brothers and sister, Aaron Feagins of Buford, Curtis Feagins (Sharon) of Fort Pierce, FL, Mary Roper of Gainesville, and Jim Feagins of Flowery Branch; special friends, Craig and Tracy Reichart and family.

Betty was born in Flowery Branch, GA and was a lifelong resident of the metro area. She was a self-employed business owner who provided cleaning services. She was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church.
