Patsy R. Spelce, age 74 of Winder, GA died Thursday, July 18, 2013 after an extended illness. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dewey Digsby and Rev. Jerry Hewett will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 12 Noon - 2 PM at the funeral home. Mrs. Spelce was preceded in death by her husband Paul Grady Spelce. Brothers, T.P. Digsby and Dean Digsby. She is survived by her Brothers, Rev. Dewey Digsby, Carrolton, GA and Lanier Digsby, Griffin, GA. Sister, Erselene Hambrick, Winder, GA. A number of Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives. Mrs. Spelce was a native of Shannon, GA and had lived in the Atlanta area for many years. She was retired from Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery.
