Obituary of Maria Lina Stancea

Maria Lina Stancea, age 75, of Dacula, GA, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 following a brief illness. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 4th, at 8pm at the Philadelphia Pentecostal Romanian Church located at 581 Old Peachtree Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. A viewing and visitation service will be held on Friday, April 5th, from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel, Buford. A graveside service for Mrs. Stancea will be held on Saturday, April 6th, at 11am at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Stancea is survived by her Husband of 60 years, Stephan D. Stancea, Dacula, GA. Daughters, Mariana Ciocoiu and husband Costica , Oley, PA, Mimi Hacman and husband Viorel, Hollywood, FL, Lydia Latcau and husband Alexandru, Rochester Hills, MI, and Christina Ridgley and husband William, Palm Bay, FL. Sons, Daniel Stancea and wife Mary, Winder, GA, Samuel Stancea and wife Veronica, Oley, PA and Gavril Stancea and wife Brandusa, Cleveland, TN. Sister, Maria Irimia and husband Gheorghe, Bucharest, Romania. Many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. Mrs. Stancea was a native of Romania and had lived in the Metro Atlanta area for the past 10 years. She was a member of Philadelphia Romanian Church, and was dearly loved and respected by her many friends and family.
