George Ronald Dollar, age 74 of Sugar Hill, GA died Wednesday, February 20, 2013 following a brief illness. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, February, 23rd at 3PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Frankie Southerland and Rev. Kenny Stephens will officiate. The Family will receive Friends on Friday, February 22nd, from 4 - 7PM at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his father, Elphie Dollar; Mother, Annie Mae Dollar; Sisters, Helen Dollar Banks; Sister and Brothers In-Law, Gene & Patsy Wiley, Van Adams, Joey Gearin and several nieces and nephews. Ronald is survived by his wife of 55 years, Betty Deaton Dollar; Daughters, Cynthia Dollar Maddox, Sugar Hill, Kristi Dollar Geidner, Buford; Grandchildren, Alexandria Geidner, Clay Geidner; Sister, Linda Dollar Elinburg; Sisters In-Law and Brothers In Law, Horace Banks, Bobbie & Wade Queen, Pat & Harold Dowdy, Linda & Rannie House, Sherry Adams, Deborah Deaton, Leisha Gearin. Ronald was of the Baptist faith. He had retired from the Gwinnett Co. School System. Ronald was a Shriner, as well as a member of the Buford Masonic Lodge #292 F&AM.
