Adam Smith was a great young man. He always did the right thing regardless of the consequences. It's still hard to believe that he's passed going on 8 years now. I can still remember him encouraging me to play King Arthur in that silly little middle school play and all the while to give it my best shot. He was the type of person that really knew how to light up a room. Always had a joke to spare just to keep the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for everyone involved. His was a life that was cut entirely too short. Rest forever in eternal peace. You may be gone but your memory will live on with those that had the privilege to know you. May we meet again someday.

Adam was such a great guy... He was just one of those people that you never saw without a big grin on his face. He loved people and cared for everyone he met. I remember when we were in the 6th grade Renaissance play together, and he stepped and tripped on his cloak after saying "Everyone knows I'm the strongest of them all!" Such a funny memory... He is and always will be missed, but for now it's comforting to know that we can have hope to see him again in a peaceful new world. "For the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out," says John 5:28,29. Can't wait to see Adam again. :)

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. It's never easy to have to live without someone that you know and care so deeply about. It makes us hope that there will be a time when we can see that loved one again, even for one brief moment. At John 5: 28, 29 it brings out that "…the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will her his voice and come out...". We can see here that Jehovah God promises a time when we WILL get to see those loved ones again and get to spend time and rejoice with them. Hopefully this scripture is as encouraging to you as it has been to me during your time of grieving. My condolences to you and your family and I will keep you in my prayers.
