Obituary of Edmon Pugh

Edmon Pugh, age 93 of Buford, GA died Friday, July 8, 2016 following an extended illness. Funeral service will be held Monday July, 11, 2016 at 3:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Danny Newbern and Coach Dale Farr will officiate. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 1-9 PM at the funeral home. Edmon was preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Lee Moulder Pugh. He is survived by his son and daughter in-law, Stanley and Nancy Pugh, Buford. Grandchildren, Paula and Dale Price, Buford, Marty and Darlene Pugh, Jefferson. Great Grandchildren, Mickala Price and Fiancé Joe Boatright, Nolan Pugh and Kinsie Pugh. Sister, Billie Rawlins, Sugar Hill. Edmon was born in Buford, GA and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked for many years with Bona Allen and was known for his craftsmanship in leather work. He did work on saddles for several celebrities including Roy Rogers and Gene Autry. He loved gardening and sharing his vegetables with family and friends.
