Obituary of Wanda G. Igarashi

Wanda G. Igarashi, age 50, of Buford, died on Tuesday, July 2, 2002 after an extended illness. A funeral service was held Saturday, July 6, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. At Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Barry Barron officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family received friends on Friday, July 5 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions were made to the American Cancer Society, 6500 Sugarloaf Parkway, Suite 260, Duluth, Georgia 30097. Surviving are: Husband, Allen Igarashi, Buford; Daughter and Son In-law, Stacy and Joe Buice, Suwanee; Son and Daughter In-law, Scott and Whitney Igarashi, Gainesville; Son, Steven Igarashi, Buford; Grandchildren, Savannah Buice, Sarah Buice, Parker Igarashi; Mother, Mrs. Robert (Norma) Allen, Hoschton; Brother and Sister In-law, Robert and Adie Allen, Monroe; Sisters and Brother In-laws, Patricia and Ricky Abner, McDonough, Rebecca and Michael Beall, Hoschton; Sister, Susan Allen, Hoschton; Nephew, Jason Gippert, Forest Park; Aunts and Uncles. Mrs. Igarashi was born in Fulton County, a homemaker and a member of Emanuel Baptist Church, Gainesville.
