Obituary of Patricia Ann Crouch

Patricia Ann Crouch, age 77 of Buford, Georgia, died Sunday, April 22, 2012 after a brief illness. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 4:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Dr. Terry Walton will officiate. The Family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the American Kidney Foundation or the American Heart Association. Mrs. Crouch was preceded in death by her husband Charles T. Crouch. She is survived by her children, Vernon L. Smack, Buford, Daughter, Terry L. Smack and Fiancé, Jack Haden, MD, Vonda S. and Bruce McPhilimy, Dacula, Vera S. and Greg Chappell, Snellville; Step Children, Thomas Crouch, MD, Edward Crouch, MD, Curtis Crouch, AZ, Grandchildren, Maggie Manning, Brandon Loher, Nicole Loher, Cody Loher, Amber McPhilimy, Evan McPhilimy, Joshua Chappell, Jamie Chappell; Great Grandchildren, Bradon Manning, Rydar Manning; Brother and Sister In-law, Wayne and Margie Wilkerson; Sister, Betty Lou Outten; Several Nieces. Mrs. Crouch was born in Pocomoke City, MD and lived in the Atlanta area the past 39 years. She was self-employed in home childcare and she was active with the Buford Senior Center.
