I only new him for a brief time but i cherished him dearly. He made me feel as if i mattered,and to make someone who is virtually a complete stranger feel as if they are a part of there family takes a very special person! I will miss him dearly! Thank you for that Mr. Stancel

Sammy...you touched the lives of so many of us at Duncan's Creek Church. I will always remember you taking up Sunday School Collection and Leading the Singing on the 4th Sunday in May and on the 5th Sunday nights. You always took time to include me in the music at church. Although you were not really their Uncle, my children always called you Uncle Sammy. We all loved you very much. Renee' Banks Seawell
