Obituary of Ginger L. Ash

Virginia L. "Ginger" Ash, age 53, of Sugar Hill, died Monday, March 4, 2002 after an extended illness. Graveside service was held Wednesday, March 6, 2002 at 3:00 P.M. in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens in Buford. Rev. Steve Wood officiated. The family received friends at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel on Wednesday beginning at Noon until time of service. Surviving are: Husband, Gary Ash, Sugar Hill; Daughter and Son In-law, Kari and Bill Hawkins, Canton; Son and Fiancé, Ken Ash and Lori Chastain, Kennesaw; 2 Grandchildren; Sister and Brother In-law, Beverly and John Lusher, Ohio; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mrs. Ash lived in the area the past 15 years. She was a bookkeeper with Arrow Lumber and attended the Church of Nazarene in Lawrenceville.
