Obituary of Mike Earl Johnson

Mr. Michael Earl "Mike" Johnson, age 46, of Flowery Branch, GA, died Sunday, May 30, 2010. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Bob Cook will officiate. Interment will follow in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 6 - 9 PM at the funeral home. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Clayton Parks and his Father In-Law, Leonard Caskey. Surviving are Wife, Lenita Johnson, Flowery Branch, GA; Daughters, Amanda Johnson, Highland Park, MI, Angela Darenzo, Atlanta, GA; Son, Cory Darenzo, Flowery Branch, GA; Parents, Robert Lee & Nola Ann Johnson, Lees Summit, MO; Mother In-Law, Rita Caskey, Blue Springs, MO; Aunts and Uncle, Beverly Robbins, Independence, MO, Sharon & Dan Perry, Edgerton, MO, Clayta Parks, North Kansas City, MO; and a number of cousins and other relatives. Mr. Johnson worked as a Regional Installation Manager for Krueger International. He was a 32 nd Degree Mason, a member of the Ararat Shrine, and a member of Scottish Rite, all in Kansas City, MO. Mike was an avid hockey fan and was past president of the Gwinnett Gladiators Booster Club.
