Mrs. Mary Nell McDaniel, age 71 of Buford, died Tuesday, January 22, 2002, after an extended illness. Funeral services were held Thursday, January 24, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Joel Shadburn will officiate. Interment followed in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens in Buford. The family received friends on Wednesday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-9:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Surviving are: Sons and Daughters In-law, Leon and Mildred McDaniel, Buford, Lamar and Brenda McDaniel, Flowery Branch; Sons, Stevie McDaniel, Jefferson, Ernest McDaniel, Atlanta, Son and Daughter In-law, Terry and Christine McDaniel, Flowery Branch, Sister, Frances Knight, Dacula, Brother, Jerry Weathers. 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren. Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mrs. McDaniel lived most of her life in the Buford area. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
