"Mr. Frank" was our neighbor, and a regular part of our lives. From the beginning, he took my children under his wing and treated them like grandchildren. He lit their world up by beeping his truck horn whenever he passed our home. He tickled and teased and chased them around and ALWAYS let them have too much candy. They adored every visit to your home. We love you Frank, and are heartbroken that you had to leave our lives so early. We are better for knowing you, and promise to look out for "Ms. Liz".
