Jordan Matthew Bratek, age 17 of Hoschton, GA died suddenly on Friday, May 8, 2009. Funeral service will b held Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 5:00 PM at New Community Church in Hoschton, GA. Pastor Chris Hoffman will officiate.
Jordan was preceded in death by his Father, James W. Bratek. He is survived by his Mother, Sherri Bratek-Stoner, Hoschton. Sisters, Ashleigh Bratek, Ansleigh Bratek, Courtney Bratek, Denise Bratek all of Hoschton. Sister and Brother In-law, Natalie and Chris Pruett, Hoschton. Grandparents, Joe and Carrie Crump, Suwanee. Aunt and Uncle, Lorri and Dennis Whitaker, Lawrenceville. Nieces and Nephews, Caleb Bratek, McKenzie and Joseph Pruett, Ryan and Dustin Gordon.
Jordan was a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area and a student at Jefferson High School.
