Albert C. Auttonberry, age 81 of Snellville, GA, died Friday, January 16, 2009 after an extended illness. Graveside Service was held Monday, January 19, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens, Buford. Rev. Bruce Hardy officiated. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request donations to The American Cancer Society.
Mr. Auttonberry is survived by his wife Elois Auttonberry, Snellville; Daughter and Son In-law, June and Richard Vancil, Snellville; Grandchildren, Duane Vancil and wife Jennifer, St. Louis, Allison and Dr. Brian Vancil, Hoschton, Ronald A. Vancil, Snellville; 4 Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Beulah Martin, CA, Lois Mae Zimmer, LA; Brothers and Sisters In-law, Ellis and Faye Auttonberry, LA, Louis and Lori Auttonberry, LA.
Mr. Auttonberry was born in Louisiana and lived in the metro Atlanta area the past 11 years. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII where he served in the Pacific theater and was formerly employed as General Manager with Millen Industries.
