Sally was a dear friend that I miss every day. Our birthdays were very close together and I met Sally in the 7th grade when we were both 12. Her father was a deacon at the church we both attended and we enjoyed many church activities together - especially a weekend trip to Gatlinburg where we hiked and camped. Sally and I were also both in the marching band and we went on many fun band trips like the time we sat together on the long bus trip to Jackson and marched through downtown. Sally enjoyed games and movies, but GONE WITH THE WIND made her cry because of the sad ending. Sally was only 54 when she was called home to heaven but I know she is one of God's favorite angels.
