Mary Evelyn Luke, age 71 of Winder, GA, died Wednesday, October 24, 2007. Funeral service was held Sunday, October 28, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Harold Walker will officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family received friends on Saturday, October 27, 2007 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
Mrs. Luke is survived by her husband, Fred Luke, Winder; Daughter, Laura Storey, Dacula; Sisters, Uldine Clayton, Statesboro, Dorothy Zipperer, Rincon; Brothers, James Von Dolteren, Statesboro, Charles Von Dolteren, Elk Grove, CA; Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mrs. Luke was born in Savannah, Georgia and lived in the metro Atlanta area the past 5 years. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker.
