Emanoil Datcu, age 57 of Jefferson, GA died suddenly on Saturday, September 29, 2007. Funeral service was held Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 4:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens. The family received friends on Friday, October 5, from 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
Mr. Datcu is survived by his wife, Gabriela Datcu, Jefferson, GA. Daughters and Sons In-law, Manuela and Ionut Radu, Memphis, TN, Lavinia and Hendel Radulea, Jefferson, GA. One Grandchild, Phillip Radulea. Brother, Enoh Datcu, Romania. Brother In-law, Marian Popescu, Romania. Father and Mother In-law, Gheorghe and Mimi Popescu, Romania.
Mr. Datcu was a native of Constanta, Romania and had lived in the Jefferson area for the past year. He was self employed in the construction industry and a member of the Romanian Seventh Day Adventist Church in Lawrenceville, GA.
