Jacob Theodore Lyons, age 6 of Dacula, GA, died Saturday, April 7, 2007 after an extended illness. Funeral service were held Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Chaplin Cynthia Daniels officiated. Interment will followed Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA. The Family received friends on Monday, April 9, 2007 from 5 - 8 P.M. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Mitochondrial Disease Foundation, 8085 Saltsburg Road, Suite 201 , Pittsburgh, PA 15239 or online at umdf.org.
Jacob is survived by his Parents, Don and Katy Lyons, Dacula, GA; Sister, Emily Lyons, Dacula, GA; Maternal Grandparents, Gwen and Luther Lott, Natchitoches, LA, Harry and Neva Hyams, Colfax, LA; Paternal Grandparents, Glenn and Rena Lyons, Le Mars, IA. Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
