Obituary of Daniel W. Yike

Daniel W. Yike, Jr., age 71 of Duluth, GA died Sunday, July 23, 2006 after an extended illness. Funeral Service was held Thursday, July 27, 2006 at 11:00 A. M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Father Jack Durkin officiated. Interment followed in Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens, Buford. The Family received friends on Wednesday, July 26, 2006 from 12:00 - 2:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Mr. Yike is survived by his wife, Evi Yike, Duluth; Son and Daughter In-law, Jim and Laurie Yike, Hoschton; Granddaughter, Hannah Yike, Hoschton; Brother, Robert Yike, New Orleans, LA; Mr. Yike was a native of Buffalo, New York and had lived in the Atlanta area the past 44 years. He was retired from R.S. Andrews, served in the US Air Force in Berlin, Germany, and a member of the Bunten Road Bridge Club in Duluth, GA.
