Bertha Perkins Eubanks, age 95 of Buford, GA died Wednesday, January 6, 2016. A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, January 16, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Pastor Larry Eubanks will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org or to the Wounded Warrior Project at WoundedWarriorProject.org/Donate Mrs. Eubanks was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Eubanks and son in-law, Buck Irvin. She is survived by her children, Gail Irvin, Duluth, GA, Steve Eubanks, Buford, GA, Jyl Johnson and husband, Jon, Suwanee, GA. Grandchildren, Jana Phelan, Jamy Lyn Wright, Sara Frances Irvin, Steven Paul Irvin. Great Grandchildren, Abby Phelan, Kyle Phelan, Leah Riley Irvin. Mrs. Eubanks was born in Bainbridge, GA and had lived in the Atlanta area the past16 years. She had served as secretary at several churches and schools.
