Obituary of Vera M. Mitchell

Mrs. Vera Mitchell, age 83 of Buford, GA died Tuesday, January 10, 2006 after an extended illness. Funeral Service was held Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Farrell Presley and Rev. Jerry Bennett officiated. Interment followed in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford. The Family received friends on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 from 2 to 9 P.M. at the funeral home. Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her Daughter, Shirley Gibbs, Buford; Sons and Daughters In-law, Raymond and Barbara Mitchell, Buford, Barry and Charlotte Mitchell, Buford; 7 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren; Many Nieces and Nephews. Mrs. Mitchell was a native of Gwinnett County and a life long resident of Buford. She served as Lunch Room Manager at Harmony Elementary School for 14 years and was a member of Harmony Baptist Church, Buford.
